How do returns and exchanges work?

As our items are carefully selected vintage pieces, the following return policy applies:

Returns are possible within 14 days after receipt

Returns are accepted exclusively in exchange for store credit

A refund of the purchase price is excluded

The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer

Requirements for a return:

The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

All tags must still be attached

No odors, stains, or damage

Vintage typical signs of wear are listed in the product description and do not count as defects

After successful inspection, you will receive your store credit via email.
